The hallmark of Tanwir Institute are its programs. We believe that every Muslim should have access to circles of Knowledge and Remembrance. Our programs cater to both the student seeking a formal study of Islam and anyone who would like regular and consistent opportunities to be in good company.
This weekly program was established following the Command of Allah Most High – O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance (33:41) – and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his Companions in remembering Allah ﷻ. It includes a recitation of “The Prophetic Remembrances” followed by a short lesson along with mutual advice and discussion.
The Gathering takes place Thursdays after Maghrib at Shirley Gate Mosque (ICNVT), downstairs main hall (4420 Shirley Gate Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030)
Join us monthly as we send Peace & Blessings on our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, sing Nasheeds, and listen to the advice of our scholars.
